The First Hotel Grand Alingsås is owned by the Mats Persson family. They have owned it since 1992, and they also operate the First Hotel Kung Oscar in Trollhättan. Both hotels are part of First Hotels, one of the leading Nordic hotel chains with prominent hotels in Scandinavia, and with partners in Europe, the USA and in Asia.
